Mold Repairing YAG Laser Welding Machine TXT-MW-300

Product Description

The machine adopts a special laser welding head with a welding speed, high precision, stable quality, easy operation, easy maintenance, etc., especially suitable for welding of various components of the laser precision. Production efficiency is increased 8 times comparing with other normal laser spot welding systems.

The laser head can be turned for 360 degrees, and the whole optical path can be turned 360 degrees too, up and down by motor, front and after adjustable, especially suitable for repair of large, medium and small-sized moulds.

The workbench can be adjusted up and down with three-dimensional moving.

The aircraft from the YAG solid-state laser, laser power, optical scanning system, flat-field focusing system, fiber-coupled transmission systems, computers and programmable controllers, cooling system, the laser pointer system, the operation and three-axis precision CNC cabinet table and so on.

It is applicable to metallic materials such as cold working high alloy steel, hot forging high alloy steel, nickel tool steel, high grade steel, copper alloy, beryllium steel, and high flexibility aluminum alloy.
