4. Equipment Features

5. Quality assurance and after-sales service

(1). The quality assurance period is 12 months from the date of use (except for consumables such as protective lenses, nozzles, fixtures, tooling, etc.), and lifelong maintenance. Under normal use, if the equipment provided by the supplier has quality problems during the warranty period, the supplier shall repair or replace it free of charge. During the warranty period, if the equipment has quality problems due to improper use by the purchaser, the supplier must also repair or replace it and charge the cost of the relevant equipment. If the supplier does not provide warranty according to the contract, the purchaser may provide warranty by itself or entrust a third party to provide warranty, and the resulting expenses shall be borne by the supplier. For major projects, the warranty period will be recalculated for one year after the repair is completed.
(2) Using customers in China,if there is any problem with the system during the warranty period, the supplier must respond within 2 hours. If on-site service is required, the supplier's technicians will arrive at the site for repair within 12 hours after receiving the written notice from the buyer.
(3)The supplier is responsible for providing the cutting machine equipment operation technology. If the technical requirements of the buyer are not met, the supplier shall be responsible for the cost of rectification of the project.
(4)Charge standard for out-of-warranty equipment: A technical service fee of RMB 600 per device per time will be charged, and the transportation and accommodation fees will be paid by the user on a reimbursement basis.

6. On-site installation, commissioning, training and final acceptance

(1)During the on-site installation process, the buyer will send on-site installation personnel to cooperate with the supplier. The specific number of people and personnel requirements will be agreed upon at the subsequent engineering meeting.
(2)The supplier will complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment under this contract within 10 days after arriving at the designated location of the buyer's factory, and the buyer will complete the final acceptance within 15 days.
(3) The supplier must arrange experienced, healthy and technical personnel with corresponding professional titles to complete the installation and commissioning of the project in a timely manner until normal production and qualified operation meet the requirements of the buyer.
(4) During the construction process, the supplier must absolutely obey the dispatching arrangements of the buyer and must not violate the regulations of the buyer's factory management.
(5) The supplier will start training the buyer's operating technicians within 5 working days from the date of installation, inspection and commissioning, until the buyer's staff have mastered the operation and maintenance, and can achieve the ability to correctly inspect, maintain and eliminate general faults.
(6) The buyer will provide as much and necessary assistance to the supplier as possible, and the meals for the supplier's installation and commissioning personnel at the commissioning site will be provided by the supplier.
(7) Before acceptance, the purchaser shall provide complete technical information, instruction manual and certificate, operating software backup, random accessories, and other information related to installation.

7.Technical confidentiality

The supplier and the buyer promise to strictly abide by the relevant confidentiality regulations and will never disclose or provide the equipment plan, design drawings, commercial use and related technical information to a third party without the consent of the other party.

Renishaw laser interferometer

The company introduced Renishaw laser interferometers from the United States. Among its peers, our company is the first to own this high-end testing equipment to ensure machine accuracy.

Laser Power Meter

The Israeli OPHIR laser power meter introduced by the company has a detection accuracy of 0.01 and can accurately measure and detect laser stability.

Laser pulse width detector

The company has introduced the American Tektronix laser pulse width detector to accurately measure the laser pulse width data and judge the laser processing effect and its practicality.
